Chehayeb & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, was established in 1995 based on the ideals which we believe to be the essence of any business: quality, integrity and personal attention to every client and every project.

Principals
PRESIDENT
Souheil Chehayeb
Souheil has over twenty-eight years of intensive engineering experience dealing with clients on a range of projects that include churches, schools, health care facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities as well national corporate chains. His exposure to a broad range of projects has given him a wealth of knowledge which he combines with his previous electrical construction experience. He also brings into every project his attention to detail, and understanding of client needs, schedules, and budgets.

Todd Miller
Todd serves as the senior electrical designer with over thirty-five years of electrical design experience. His expertise comes not only from designing a broad range of projects but also from designing projects for repeat clients, as throughout his career he has maintained a loyal group of clients who have found his personal attention and design approach reliable.

Carol Schuler
Carol graduated from Marshall University in Huntington, WV with a degree in Sociology. Following graduation she worked for the State of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Assistance in Pittsburgh for four years as a caseworker. After a move to Charlotte, North Carolina, she served as office manager for a small company which offered equipment maintenance for the textile industry in parts of North and South Carolina.
After moving to Tampa, Carol worked for a consulting engineering firm for many years where she served as receptionist and was in charge of everyday office management, including accounting responsibilities. She then worked for an architectural firm in historic Ybor City where again she was in charge of everyday office management and accounting duties. In 1995 she joined with Souheil Chehayeb and Todd Miller in establishing Chehayeb & Associates, Inc.
Carol serves as one of the firm’s Principals and her responsibilities include accounting and office management.
